YSRCP Foundation Day: Celebrations All Across 

Hyderabad: The 8th Foundation Day of YSR Congress Party was celebrated with great pomp and festivities at all the party offices in the two Telugu states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Commemorating the occasion, YSRCP Senior Leader Peddireddi Ramachandra Reddy unfurled the party flag in Hyderabad office.

He said YSRCP was formed to uphold the value based politics and fulfill the promises made by late Dr YS Rajashekhara Reddy, former chief minister of combined AP. He called upon the party cadre to work towards achieving those. He alleged that the ruling party forgot about Special category Status to AP after winning the elections, he added that the people were now looking up to YSRCP and would definitely vote for the party in next elections.

MLA RK Roja profusely thanked YSRCP party cadre for their dedication to the party since last eight years. She recalled the different ways adopted to give the party a premature death and confidently said that YSRCP will form the government in AP in 2019. She also mentioned that people have clearly understood the relentless fight for SCS to AP by YS Jagan and they will definitely support him. Bhumana Karunakar Reddy, Lakshmi Parvati, Vasireddi Padma were among others who participated in the celebrations.

Ongole: YSRCP President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, who is on a walkathon, Praja Sankalpa Yatra in Ongole district, participated in programme organised in commemorating the 8th Foundation Day of YSRCP at Epurupalem, where he cut a specially made huge cake. He congratulated all the party cadre and tweeted: " This day, 8 years ago, YSRCP was formed to uphold the value based politics & promises of Dr. YSR. We commit to the people of Andhra Pradesh to ensure their rights, and bring back Rajanna's Rajyam."

Delhi: The Foundation Day was celebrated at the party office here today. YSRCP MPs Mekapati Rajamohan Reddy, Vijaya Sai Reddy, Vara Prasad and Mithun Reddy participated in the celebrations as well as cut the cake marking the occasion. They all stressed that YS Jagan will keep his promise and there will be golden future for AP from the party comes to power.

East Godavari: Various party offices in the district celebrated the Foundation Day with gaiety. Under the leadership of Rajahmundry YSRCP Co-ordinator Routhu Surya Prakash, Rajolu Co-ordinator Bonthu Rajeswara Rao and in P Gannavaram constituency under the leadership of Kondeti Chitti Babu grand celebrations were held in their respective party offices.

Anantapur: Grand celebrations in the party office and unfurling of flag by the party leaders market the Foundation Day event at the party. Later the YSRCP leaders distributed fruits to patients in the government hospital. Ex-MP Anant Venkatarami Reddy, Anantapur constituency co-ordinator Nadeem, state secretaries of the party Rage Parasuram and Krishnappa, Anantapur and Hindupur Parliament constituency co-ordinator Boya Rangayyalu were among other leaders who were present at the celebrations. The leaders all mentioned that they were proud to be associated with YSRCP and said the fight for SCS to AP will not stop until they achieve it.

YSR Kadapa: On the Foundation Day the YSRCP cadre celebrated by unfurling the party flag, cutting the cake and late participating different festivities that were arranged. At Raichoti party office MLA Srikanth Reddy took the initiative and celebrated the day in grand manner. Municipal chairman Naseebun Khanam; councilors, MPTCs, sarpanchs and party works participated in huge numbers. At Vempalli, party flag was unfurled.

Kurnool: Grand celebration marked the Foundation Day at the party office here. Senior leaders unfurled the party flag and kicked off the celebrations. BY Ramayya, Panyam MLA Gouru Charita Reddy, Kurnool Assembly constituency in-charge Hafiz Khan, leaders of different castes, women and party workers participated in huge numbers in the celebrations. On the occasion BY Ramayya mentioned that YSRCP was established on the foundation of truth and trust. He mentioned that both the central and state government have miserably failed to fulfill the aspirations of the people in the state. Meanwhile, Shilpa Chakrapani Reddy and other leadersd participated in a function held at Atmakur party office.

Visakhapatnam: Special pujas at Paderu Modha Kondamma Temple on the occasion of YSRCP 8th Foundation Day. Fruits and milk was distributed to the patients in the area government hospitals. Every street and ward celebrated the Foundation Day in Bheemli assembly constituency. Under the leadership of Venkat Rao party flag was unfurled, cake cutting was held and later a bike rally was held. Grand celebrations were also held in Payakaraopet, Nakkapalli and S Rayavaram mandals.

Chittoor: Grand celebrations were held to mark the Foundation Day all across the district. Party convenor of Chandragiri Chilakuri Yugandar Reddy unfurled the party flag. Under the leadership of Sooravaripalli party convenor Brahmananda Reddy conducted the celebrations in a grand manner. Similarly, Yerravaripalem party convenor Nagarjuna Reddy, state party secretary Purushotham Reddy celebrated at Santhapeta.

Mahabubnagar: YSRCP Foundation Day was celebrated at the district headquarters' party office. Marking the occasion, district leader Mariamma garlanded Dr YS Rajashakara Reddy statues and unfurled the party flag.
