YSRCP decides to boycott Prakasam MLC polls

Ongole: Protesting against the horse-trading of MPTCs by the ruling TDP, the YSRCP has decided to boycott the local body MLC elections in Prakasam district. 

Talking to mediapersons, Ongole MP YV Subbareddy and former minister Balineni Srinivasa Reddy said the TDP was resorting to malpractices to win the MLC elections.

They said all their pleas to the governor and the election commission regarding TDPs malpractices went unheeded and so the party had decided to boycott the elections. He said the ruling party was splurging money for horse trading.
