YSRCP calls for AP bandh on August 31

The YSR Congress Party  would be staging a series of protests on August 28, 29, and 30 against the power cuts in the state. Several  and rallies have been planned  across Mandal headquarters in the state.

The party has also given a call for AP Bandh on 31 August in protest against the power cut in the state.
The YSRCP supporters would lay siege to power sub-stations in villages and picket DISCOM offices in the Mandal and District headquarters from August 28 to August 30.
The protests are aimed at highlighting the government's failure in tackling the power crisis.
The YSRCP demanded that the government should take necessary action to provide adequate power to the agriculture and industrial sectors.
