Leader of the Opposition and YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's Praja Sankalpa Yatra has crossed 400 km mark on Thursday when he touched Gummepalli village in Singanamala mandal. YS Jagan planted a sapling to mark the reaching of landmark.
YS Jagan, who started Day 29 from Kallumadi village, walked 3.1 km to reach the landmark.
The yatra began on November 6 at Idupulapaya in YSR district. The first 100 km were reached in Allagadda and the 200th kilo metre was crossed in Dhone constituency. The 300-km landmark was reached at B Agraharam village in Yemmiganur constituency. The 400th km was touched at Gummepalli on Thursday. A large number of people greeted YS Jagan on the occasion of the touching of 400-km mark. Women held ''harathis'' to YS Jagan. The yatra is currently covering Singanamala assembly constituency.
