YS Jagan consoles kin of Chennai building collapse victims

Vizianagaram: Leader of Opposition and YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Tuesday visited the families of the 24 persons who died when a 11-storeyed under-construction `Trust Heights' building collapsed in Chennai recently.

He consoled the family members and assured them that he would stand by them. 

Expressing his deepest condolences for the bereaved families, YS Jagan assured them that he would send a team from his party to demand an ex-gratia payment from the builders.

In his two-day visit to the district, the YSRCP chief will also visit Makkuva mandal in Saluru constituency and  Komarada and Jiyyamma mandal in Kurupam village to console the kin of the deceased.
