Rajahmundry: YSR Congress party and Leader of the Opposition YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Saturday called on the tribal people of Chaparai who have been admitted in the Rampachodavaram area hospital in East Godavari district.

YS Jagan was moved by the plight of the victims who were afflicted with viral and other diseases in the Agency area. He about enquired the condition of the victims and interacted with the doctors. Most of the victims were suffering from anemia.

Speaking to media persons, YS Jagan questioned the state government for not releasing notification for filling of vacant posts of doctors in the state. The situation is worsening in the tribal populated regions and he regretted that the AP government had no concern for the people in this part of the land.

The Tribals are deprived of basic amenities and infrastructure like roads, drinking water and toilets. The state government is not in a position to supply fuel to 108 emergency vehicles in the region. The Chandrababu Naidu government has failed on all counts in its three year rule, YS Jagan said. He sought an explanation from Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu over the hapless condition of the Tribals.
