YS Jagan Appoints Observers for Poll-bound Civic Bodies

The YSRCP has decided to prepare in the right earnest for the upcoming civic body polls in seven districts. The party leadership met on Tuesday to chalk out a strategy for the elections to the municipal corporations of Srikakulam, Guntur, Visakhapatnam, Kakinada and Ongole and municipal councils of Rajam, Nellimarla and Kandukur.

YSRCP chief YS Jagan has appointed Bellala Chandrasekhar and MLA Budi Mutyala Naidu as election observers for Srikakulam Municipal Corporation and Botcha Appalanarsaiah and Palavalasa Rajasekharam for Rajam Municipality in Srikakulam. For Nellimarla, Dharmana Krishna Das and MLC Kolagatla Veerabhadraswamy were appointed as observers. For Greater Vishakha Municipal Corporatio, MP Vijaysai Reddy, former minister Mopidevi Venkatarama, MLA Dadisetti Raja and Dr Merugu Nagarjuna have been appoined observers. For East Godavari, Chalamalasetti Sunil, Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy, Botcha Satyanarayana, Chirla Jaggi Reddy and Pilli Subhash Chandra Bose have been appointed.

Similarly for Guntur, MP Mithun Reddy and Kolusu Parthasarathi have been appointed. For Ongole, MLA Kotamreddy Sridhar Reddy, MLC DC Govinda Reddy and Samineni Udayabhanu were appointed. MLAs Kakani Govardhan Reddy and Janke Venkat Reddy have been appointed for Kandukur municipality.
