Women Staff At Pub Beat Molester With Slippers, Video Goes Viral
Gurgaon: A video of a molester being thrashed by a group of women employees of a pub with slippers has gone viral. The half-an-hour incident occurred on MG Road here on Saturday night; however the clip taken by onlookers is creating flutters on social media of late.
A man in an inebriated condition approached a woman employee of a pub and grabbed her from behind. Soon after, some of her colleagues rushed to her rescue and started thrashing him with slippers.
The on-lookers said that at the time of the incident no policemen were there around despite police claiming of night patrols in mufti. "We have issued strict directions to police personnel to file an FIR forthwith if the victim approaches police," Manish Sehgal, ACP and PRO of Gurgaon Police said.
