Women In Nude Perform Pooja To Get Pregnant; 5 Arrested 

Warangal: In a bizarre incident, a group of five women were arrested after they allegedly performed pooja in nude at Wardannapet on the city outskirts on Wednesday.

The women were performing witchcraft on the guidance of a Godwoman to get pregnant.

Ironically, one of the victims, who performed the pooja, is the wife of a warden working in Telangana Prison Department.

According to details given by Circle Inspector (CI) Adinarayana, five married woman belonging to Peddavangara mandal in Mahabubabad district, had approached a Godwoman for getting pregnant. The woman suggested them to perform a pooja without any clothes on at a lake to fulfill their wish.

Believing her words, the victims agreed to perform the pooja at Sri Ram Sagar Project (SRSP) canal on Wednesday. As they started performing pooja, locals noticed them and informed the police. All the five woman along with Godwoman were arrested by the police. A man who also supported them in the act was taken into the police custody.
