Woman Commits Suicide After Returning From US Due To Husband’s Visa Problem 

Hyderabad: The wife of a US-returned Bank of America employee committed suicide by hanging herself at their flat in Puppalaguda here on Thursday.

Sanjiv Sharma came back to India some time back as his employer could not renew his visa because of the US President Donald Trump's new policies. Sanjiv's family including wife and their two sons had shifted to Hyderabad but Rashmi was not happy with the developments. They had to sell off their properties in the US at a cheap price as they were to move out of the country in a hurry. They lived in the US for about eight years.

Rashmi preferred Delhi as they belonged to Ferozepur in UP, but it was not possible for Sanjiv to get a transfer.

Depressed over the goings on, Rashmi hanged herself to a ceiling fan when husband and sons went out on Thursday morning. She was found dead after they came back home and broke open the door as there was no response from inside. Police are investigating the case.
