Woman Caught On Cam Slapping Soldier; Arrested
New Delhi: A video of a woman slapping a soldier in Delhi's Vasant Kunj has gone viral. The woman was arrested on Friday after the Army reported it to the police, but she was soon granted bail.
The 14-second video shows Smriti Kalra hitting at the soldier on his face while the former doesn’t retort and is seen reasoning with the woman. Later, other soldiers come to speak to her but in vain. Later, the woman walks to her car in a huff.
The incident happened on a busy road and the video was apparently recorded by a passerby. The woman stopped her Tata Indica car in front of the Army truck and the reason for the woman's anger is yet to be know, while no collision happened between the vehicles.
