Wild Boar Dies After Chasing and Killing Man

In a ghastly incident, a wild boar chased and killed a man in Buchireddypalem mandal of Sripotti Sriramulu Nellore district late on Thursday night.
According to police sources, labourers Teramshetty Chenchaiah (45), his son Krishnaiah and another person Amburu Penchalaiah were returning to their village RR Colony after the day's work when they were attacked by a wild boar. While Krishnaiah and Penchalaiah managed to escape, Chenchaiah slipped and fell into a well. The boar too jumped into the fell, attacked him in the chest and face resulting in his instant death. The other two alerted the villagers who tried to bring out the boar using a net. However, the boar died while being pulled out of the well.
