Why you shouldn't go to AP secretariat till Monday

Want some important work to be done in AP secretariat? Don't even think of going to the the secretariat till Monday.  No minister or top mandarin would be available for the people of Andhra Pradesh for the coming three days. Starting from Thursday, the top brass of AP Government will chant 'Oum' and speak gibberish like 'Kapalbhati' and 'Bhastrika.'  Ask for clarification, they would reply in pranayamic breathing and seek some help, they would strike some contortionist pose of the yogic varity - all in the name of 'inner engineering for joyful living.' The Chandrababu Government has decided to organise a yoga training programme for the government officials and ministers. While a section of the people are questioning the rationale behind spending huge amounts in the name of yogic training by notable Yoga guru Jaggie Vasudev, the AP government feels this will improve the efficiency in the government and the bureaucracy. This training would be imparted in a phased manner to all government employees.
