Who is Vemuru Ravikumar?

Ravikumar is the brother of Vemuru Harikrishna who became infamous for attempting to steal Electronic Voting Machines in the general elections and tampering them. Harikrishna was also in-charge of the TDP election propaganda over the social media.

Once Chandrababu came to power, Harikrishna who earlier oversaw operations of TDP, Heritage foods, IT affairs of the government was made member of E-governance Authority, Electronics and IT agency and Innovation Society.

Harikrishna Prasad was also involved in the first phase assessment of the Rs. 333 crore Fibre Grid project and a member of the overseeing committee.

Before the general elections, Vemuru Ravikumar had made arrangements for Chandrababu’s United States tour. As a quid pro quo arrangement, on coming to power, Chandrababu Naidu appointed Ravikumar as a Government Advisor (Non-resident Telugu Affairs including Services and Investments) on November 9.

The same Ravikumar, along with his wife has acquired over 500 acres of land in the name of few companies.
