This incident was reported from southeast China's Fujian province last week. The video of the father sitting right beside boy with his cell phone in hand, taking pictures and shooting video of the poor young boy has angered the netizens. The father's irresponsible and insentivie act was slammed on Chinese social media Weibo. The father stopped shooting only after the boy was finally freed.
