Weird Animal Takes Social Media By Storm

A weird picture of an animal, which is part stoat, part tortoise and part dinosaur, has taken social media by storm. The animal, purportedly photographed on Crow Hill - known as ‘the cowfield’ - in the west Stirlingshire village of Killearn in England has caused a flurry of comments. Comments ranged from suprise to suggestions about its name.

The pic snapped by Jimmy Wright (66) was put up a debate on Facebook. This led to a frenzy among the social media users.

"I thought it looked like a dinosaur. I have been up that way before but the sight was definitely unexpected. I put it on the Killearn For All Facebook page and the comments began," Jimmy posted on Facebook.

As the comments started flooding, Wright also wrote that he would "donate £100 to the charity of choice of the person who comes up with the name with the most ‘likes’."

"If it brightens up someone’s day and makes some money for charity all the better," he said. Amid growing popularity of the picture, few of the users have commented that it is not an animal at all. "Enlarge it you can see it's a tree trunk,” one user commented.
