We will stand by YS Jagan: Nellore YSRCP MLAs

Hyderabad: YSR Congress party MLAs of Nellore district said they all would stand by their leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. The party MLAs from Nellore met the party chief in Hyderabad on Monday.

YS Jagan Mohan Reddy held a meeting with the MLAs from Nellore district on Monday at the party headquarters in Hyderabad. After the meet, the Legislators said, “We owe our allegiance only to YS Jagan. We respect and stand by him.” Those who defected should resign and fight the elections on TDP symbol, they dared.

The YSRCP leaders criticized Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu for his political motives and advised him that not to trample democracy. They asked him not to parade as a paragon of virtue even when he is resorting to selfish and unethical politics.

Addressing to media, YS Jagan opined that it would have been better if the defected MLAs had tendered their resignations before they quit the party.
