Voting for TDP is like hanging yourself: Nara Lokesh

The award for the most number of gaffes in local politics should undoubtedly go to TDP members. One of the first recipients of the ward would be none other than TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu's son, Nara Lokesh.

He had once said, "If there is any party in the state that is full of corruption, nepotism, and is always stoking religious feeling, it has to be TDP. Am I right or not?" (Read Here)

Now, again making a faux pas, Lokesh addressing a gathering said, that voting for TDP is like hanging yourself! 

This slip of tongue by Twitter Babu, a nickname that has been given to him by political rivals, has amused and shocked public and party workers. 
Interestingly, though the incident occurred a week ago, the gaffe, caught on video, has been going viral since. (Jagan will come to power : Balayya)

The video has been shared and liked on Facebook and has been re-tweeted numerous times, causing great deal of mirth among netizens.  (Chandrababu's vote goes waste)

Incidentally, he is not the only TDP leader to make a blunder like this. Some days back, Nandamuri Balakrishna, TDP candidate from Hindupur,  said YS Jagan will become the CM.
