Carlos Alcaraz is one win away from becoming the tournament's youngest champion in its 37-year history.

Carlos Alcaraz defeated the defending champion, Hubert Hurkacz, in the semi-final match and advanced to the finals

He beat eighth-seeded Hurkacz 7-6 (5), 7-6 (2) to advance to Sunday's final.

He has reached the biggest final of his young career.

Alcaraz, the No. 14 seed, will meet No. 6 seed Casper Ruud in the final match on Sunday. 

Alcaraz will be vying for his second championship of 2022, having won the Rio Open in February.
