Watch: Nirmal Sarpanch's Son Manhandles Mentally Sick Man

NIRMAL: A video, which shows a man, tied and being beaten by another man with a stick is going viral on social media. As per reports a man named Lakkavattula Raju was thrashed by the Kingapur village sarpanch's son at Kadem mandal  in Nirmal district for allegedly misbehaving with a woman, on Sunday morning.

Locals tied up the man with ropes and threw him on the road while the sarpanch's son repeatedly hit the accused with a stick on his legs. However, the man's mother told him that her son was mentally unsound and pleaded with him to stop, but to no avail. The sarpanch's  son attacked the hapless man once again. Local police are investigating the matter.
