Greater Noida: The preliminary medical report of the four women, who were gangraped by six men at Jewar-Bulandshahr road near the Yamuna Expressway in Uttar Pradesh, ruled out any sexual assault on the victims.

On Thursday, armed robbers struck a group of eight people, who were travelling in their personal car to Bulandshahr on the Yamuna Expressway. The gang shot a man before 'allegedly' raping the four women and looting cash and jewellery. Doctors found no vaginal injury or presence of semen. However, the victim's clothes and tissue samples will be sent forensic test in Lucknow. The results will be out only after three to four weeks. Meanwhile, police arrested four suspects in connection with the case on Friday for questioning.

"Suspects are being identified. Once we confirm their involvement we will arrest them. More suspects are also being questioned," said Deputy Superintendent of Police Dileep Singh.

Regarding the gangrape, the DSP said, "All victims have gone for medical examination and we have received the medical report. It can not be disclosed at this moment as investigations are still going on."
