Two more TDP MLAs from TS ready to jump ship to TRS
Hyderabad: MLAs jumping on to the Telangana Rastra Samithi ( TRS ) bandwagon continues unabated from the Telangana Telugu Desam Party ( TDP ). Maganti Gopinath and Arikepudi Gandhi, the latest incumbents have taken the toll to 12.
On Wednesday, in an official letter to the Telangana Assembly Speaker Madhusudhana Chari, the MLA's from TTDP urged the speaker to recognize them as TRS legislative members. Maganti Gopinath from Jubilee Hills constituency, Arikepudi Gandhi from Serlingampalli constituency sought the speaker to name them as TRS MLA's.
Telangana TDP now has only three members left in their cadre: Sandra Venkata Veeraiah from Sattupalli, Revanth Reddy from Kodangal, R Krishnaiah from LB Nagar. The speaker's response is still awaited.
