Two groups clash on eve of Ganesh Festival

Tension prevailed in parts of Ranga Reddy district over the Ganesh Chaturthi festival . Members of two groups indulged in stone pelting after a heated altercation between them at Tandur village. Ten vehicles were damaged in the clash. However, the situation was brought under control quickly. Security has been beefed up in the area and police has imposed section 144 on the village.
