Two Dead, Two Injured In Ghastly Road Accident

Warangal: Two people died and two others were critically injured when the driver of the car lost control and hit a roadside tree near Maheshwaram of Narsampeta mandal in Warangal, in the early hours of Thursday.

The bodies were said to have been stuck between the seats due to the impact of the collision and police had a tough time retrieving them from the car.

The deceased have been identified as Vijay and Danda Kashi Reddy, both natives of Maarkapuram in Prakasham district. The injured were Pothi Reddy of Prakasham district and Aameshwar of Kothaguda in Mahbubnagar district. All the four were employees of Crystal Company which has undertaken the Mission Bhagiratha works of the Telangana government. They were returning from Warangal when the mishap took place. It was, however, not clear who among the four was driving the car at the time of the accident. The injured were shifted to MGM hospital in Warangal.

Police stated that the impact of the collision with the tree was severe as evident from the two bodies sandwiched between the car seats.
