IPL 2018, the eleventh season of the Indian Premier League is well on its way to capture the top entertainment slots at prime time across the country.

Last night's match between Delhi Daredevils and Kolkata Knight Riders saw Delhi's new captain Shreyas Iyer set the stadium alight with his blistering knock of 93 in 40 balls. While Andre Russell of KKR did try to chase the total down with his pyrotechnics, Avesh Khan knocked his stumps down, bringing his innings to an end.

Russell was 43 of 17, post which scored just 1 of 13 and was dismissed. DD bowled well in that phase, because he could have done a lot of damage in these 13 balls and it could have got close. DD will be really happy with the performance of the youngsters. Still in it.#DDvKKR
