Twin blasts: Ponnam targets Lagadapati, TG

The war of words between the Congress leaders goes on. In the wake of the recent twin blasts in Hyderabad, Vijayawada MP Lagadapati Rajagopal and Minor Irrigation Minister T.G. Venkatesh said that terrorism is common in small states.

Spitting venom at the two leaders, Telangana Congress MP Ponnam Prabhakar said that the duo has hatched a conspiracy to obstruct the formation of a separate Telangana state. He also raised suspicion over their role in the deadly bombings.

Ponnam said that their statements have led to speculations and demanded that an inquiry be initiated against the two leaders.

The Telangana Congress MP did not stop at that. He went on say that Kiran Kumar Reddy's government did not care about the Centre's warnings. The Intelligence unit's negligence has led to the blast, he added.
