TRS Diverting Assembly Debate On Govt Employees: BJP

Hyderabad: Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) Floor Leader in Telangana assembly Kishan Reddy has criticized the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) MLAs were avoiding the debate on government employees raised during the question hour. Speaking to media persons at the assembly media point here today, he alleged that while the total due of 43 per cent of PRC was to be disbursed by the state government, they failed to disburse even the fitment dues. The state government must sort out the issue of the new pension scheme, he demanded.

"When the employees are demanding the older pension system, the state government has to fulfill the justified demand. The government has transferred various employees to different states, in the name of order serve. Those employees should be immediately brought back to the state. The health schemes of employees and journalists should not be included in the Arogya Sri scheme. The TRS party's election promises of one lakh jobs to the youth and houses to journalists have not been fulfilled. The promise of houses was given to the journalists in the districts and the state capital," he said.
