Top Hero Hospitalised, Condition Stable

Swashbuckling Kannada hero and former Minister in Karnataka Ambareesh has been hospitalised due to illness. He was rushed to Vikram Hospital on Friday after he complained of difficulty in breathing. A team of doctors, led by Dr Satheesh, are monitoring his health. They have conducted blood, hypertension, heart and sugar tests on Ambareesh. The doctors said the health condition of the hero is stable and that there was no cause for worry.

There were speculations about his health ever since he came in a wheelchair to Karnataka Vidhan Sabha to vote in the presidential election. His fans and friends have rushed to the hospital in big numbers to enquire about his health condition.

Ambareesh is an MLA from Mandya in the Vokkaliga dominated Mysore belt and served as a minister in Siddharamaiya cabinet. He was removed from the post in the recent cabinet reshuffle. His wife Sumalatha was a leading heroine in the 1970s and 90s.
