Recently, RX100 actress was in news headlines when she shared her pictures wearing 'yellow pillow' dress. Now once again Venky Mama beauty is creating lot of buzz on social media. This time, Payal has tried a new outfit which is made out of page 3 newspaper. She folded the newspaper into frills forming the top and the bottom wrapped around to make a paper skirt.
