How Much will Amazon Pay For Maharshi Digital Rights?

Maharshi digital rights: Mahesh Babu's latest release Maharshi is doing fantastic business at the box office. The movie's pre-release business too was impressive. Now, with the film doing well at the ticket window and getting a thumbs up from the audience, the entire crew is in celebration mode. After holding success meet in Hyderabad, the makers are now planning to hold an event titled Maharshi Vijayotsavam in Vijayawada.

The film was directed by Vamshi Paidipally who couldn't have asked for more. Bankrolled by Dil Raju under the Sri Venkateswara Creations banner, Maharshi features Allari Naresh, Jaya sudha, Prakash Raj and Pooja Hedge besides Mahesh. The actors' timelines have been flooded with congratulatory messages after the movie success. The film has received rave reviews from fans as also critics.

Now, following the success of Maharshi we here that there's a lot of demand for its digital rights. If a buzz doing the rounds is any indication, then popular online movie streaming sites Amazon Prime Video and Netflix are vying to grab the rights. It may be recalled that Amazon had grabbed the rights of Mahesh's previous summer blockbuster Bharat Ane Nenu. Now it remains to see who gets to lay their hands on Maharshi and how much are they willing to shell out for the same.
