Prabhas and Anushka are one of the best on-screen couples whose chemistry can put the box office on fire. So, fans as well as their colleagues in the industry hoped that they will take their relationship to the next level and get hooked. Prabhas's surprise visit on the sets of Bhagamathie sets and Anushka's expensive gift on Prabhas's birthday fuelled rumours that there could be something brewing between the two. However, Anushka came out in the open and said that real life was different from reel life and that they were just good friends. On the other hand, Prabhas said in an interview that his private life was not for public consumption and that he would announce when the time was right. After that rumours died down.

Naturally, people expected the duo to exchange notes on friendship day. Although Anushka shared a general message, she did not particulary mention Prabhas anywhere in her message. This has apparently hurt their fans with some news reports also claiming that the duo could have gone their separate ways.

So what's the truth about Anushka-Prabhas breakup? Well, I guess people are reading too much into a message. We all know that prabhas is hardly on social media. Same is the case with sweety too. And if they really want to exchange greetings, they would do it over the phone and not on a public platform, right? Especially when Prabhas has made it clear that he prefers to keep his personal life private?
