Threat letter targeting AP,TS CMs, Security beefed up.

It has warned of targeting the Chief Ministers of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Besides the Vizag airport, the letter has also threatened to blow up other vital installations, including the Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SDSC), also known as Sriharikota Range (SHAR) in Nellore district and ports in Andhra Pradesh, a senior police official said.

Another senior police officer said that in view of the threat letter, security in and around the airport and other vital installations has been beefed up by deploying additional forces. We are collecting intelligence inputs in this regard, he said.
