On the second day of resuming her walkathon titled 'Maro Praja Prasthanam', YSR Congress Party president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's sister Sharmila conducted the 'Rachabanda' programme at Agapalli in Rangareddy district where she interacted with people from various sections of the society.
She recalled that people had access to seven hours' power supply during YSR's first regime and the second time around too, there was nine hours' power supply.
"There was no power crisis when YSR was alive. Lack of foresight and negligence of Kiran Kumar Reddy-led government has caused power crisis in the state," she added.
She also said that YSR had never increased power tariff during his regime, but Chandrababu had increased nine times. The present government too has increased power tariff three times. There is no difference between Naidu and Kiran, she said.
