Addressing the public in Nizamabad, she said that Pawan wants to be in Modi's good books as he thinks that the latter will come to power. She added, "This is not a film to have many retakes. Pawan is talking like a mad person. The real comedian and villain of this elections are Chiranjeevi and Pawan. There is no method in Pawan's madness."

She also asked Pawan how much did he make when Chiranjeevi sold Praja Rajyam Party.

She urged the public not to fall prey to actors' words, as they will only be visible before elections, and disappear for five years, afterwards.

Speaking at Kamareddy as part of his campaign for BJP candidates, Pawan said that KCR has been criticising BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi and because of this Telugu people who are living in Gujarat would face problems.

Responding to TRS leader Harish Rao's warning that a defamation case would be filed against Pawan if the latter fails to prove his charges, the actor said he takes up the challenge.

After Congress Hatao, desh bachao, Pawan came up with another slogan, “Shabbir Hatao, Kamareddy bachao”.
