The Truth About Akhil’s Hello Plot  

Of late, we often hear of Tollywood films being inspired by Hollywood films. We heard something similar about the first look of Prabhas' Saaho and Nagarjuna-RGV's poster yet to be titled flick.

Now, another film has joined the club. It is none other than Akkineni Akhil's much-talked about flick Hello. Recently, The makers of Hello released a trailer from the film which has received a thumbs up from the audience.

The Hello trailer shows a truck carrying thousands of mobile phones. All those mobile phones are stolen cell phones. Buzz is that the movie’s basic premise runs on this new point – mobile theft mafia.

A latest a buzz in the filmnagar circles is that Hello is a copy of the Hollywood film “Cellular” which features Kim Basinger and Chris Evans. The film hit the screens in 2005.

Having said that, these are mere speculations. The truth about this will be known only after the Akhil movie releases.

The film is directed by Vikram Kumar and bankrolled by Akkineni Nagarjuna. It is slated for release on December 22 around Christmas season as a treat to Telugu audience.
