Ten Tollywood films have been released in 2018, but only a few of them turned out to be blockbuster hits. They include Balakrishna's Jai Simha, Anushka's Bhaagamathie, Nani's Awe, Varun Tej's Tholi Prema and Naga Shourya's Chalo.Only three were big-ticket releases in the last two months-- Pawan Kalyan's Agnyathavaasi, Balakrishna's Jai Simha and Anushka's Bhaagamathie.

Three other big-budget films are on well on their way to being released and are vying with each other for a suitable date around summer--Superstar Mahesh Babu's Bharat Ane Nenu, Allu Arjun's Naa Peru Surya and Ram Charan's Rangasthalam 1985.These three films business could generate more than Rs 260 Cr.

Rangasthalam, Bharat Ane Nenu and Naa Peru Surya teaser and songs have struck a chord with the audiences. These three films are set in against different backdrops. Rangasthalam is set in a village and is a breezy entertainer. Bharath Ane Nenu is a political thriller, while Naa Peru Surya is a patriotic film.

Going to characters, Cherry will be seen playing the role of a hearing impaired sound engineer named Chitti Babu in the film. For the first time, Mahesh Babu plays the role of a Chief Minister in Bharat Ane Nenu. Bunny will be essaying the role of a soldier in the film.

Ram Charan's Rangasthalam is set to arrive in theatres on March 30, Mahesh's Bharat Ane Nenu will open in theatres on April 20 and Allu Arjun's Naa Peru Surya is slated for release on May 4.
