Looks like there is serious dearth of actresses in Tollywood. Recently, there was news that an actor gets paid more than an actress. Mahesh Babu, Allu Arjun and Jr.NTR would always like to rope in a seasoned and popular actress.

But since most A-list actresses are busy, they are now looking out for fresh faces. New kids on the block ijn Tollywood includes the likes of Sai Pallavi, Pooja Hedge, Keerthy Suresh, Nivetha Thomas, Kiara Advani, Anupama Parameswaran and Anu Emmanuel. These actresses have become the most-sought after people for Tollywood producers and directors. The latest we hear is that these five actors are charging hefty amounts as remuneration for the films.

Pooja Hedge was first seen in Naga Chaitanya's Oka Laila Kosam and rose to fame after Allu Arjun's Duvvada Jagannadham. She was also paired opposite Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan in Mohenjo Daro after which she became an established actress. She will be next seen in a special number of Ram Charan's Rangasthalam 1985.

Sai Pallavi who delivered back to back hits with Varun Tej's Fidaa and Nani's MCA has become the most bankable actress for Tollywood producers.

Keerthy Suresh was last seen in Power star Pawan Kalyan's Agnyaathavaasi which tanked at the box office. But, her demand in Tollywood market didn't take a beating because of the success rate of her previous films Nenu Sailaja and Nenu Local.

Kiara Advani is making her debut in Tollywood with Mahesh Babu's Bharath Ane Nenu which is yet to be released this summer. Without any success track record, Mega Power star Ram Charan signed on the actress to play the female lead in his next flick which will be directed by Boyapati Srinu.

Nivetha Thomas has also become an established actor with superhits like Gentle Men, Ninnu Kori and Jai Lava Kusa. She too is charging a whopping Rs 70 Lakh for her films.

Anupama and Anu Emmanuel too are much in demand as they are young leading ladies. The makers of the film are approaching them to play second lead actress and they are paid a fair remuneration according to their screen space.
