Telugu Actor NTR's mother tongue is Kannada. Yes, you read that right. The Young Tiger of Tollywood is known for his versatile roles on the big screen. Of late he's also busy with his small screen assignments. He successfully hosted the first season of the controversial reality show Bigg Boss on a Telugu channel.

During one such show, NTR revealed that his mom is a kannadiga and hails from Kundapur (near Mangalore/Udupi) in Karnataka. Wow isn't that a revelation? won't believe us? Watch this viewo for yourself...

Interestingly, today is International Mother Language Day. To know an actor whose Telugu diction is flawless is a Kannadiga is surely a matter to cheer about. One must always take pride in his roots and NTR firmly believes in the same and leads by example. Kudos to the actor!

One disappointing news for NTR fans is that he may not host the next season of Bigg Boss in Telugu owing to his film commitments. We know that NTR has got two movies lined up—one with Trivikram Srinivas and another multistarrer with Rajamouli and Ram Charan. So He may not have the time to spare for TV shows. There were also talks that Venkatesh, Bunny or Charan could get into NTR's shoes although there's no official word as such on the same.
