Television Actress’ Husband Commits Suicide

Chennai: Popular Tamil television actress Nandhini's husband Karthikeyan has committed suicide on Monday. According to reports, he laced his drink with poison and consumed it at a lodge in Virugambakkam, Chennai. The matter came to light on Tuesday morning after lodge staffers felt suspicious as Karthikeyan didn't come out of his room. The staffers broke open the door only to find his body.

Nandhini and Karthikeyan got married last year on June 5 in Madurai. The television actress who is also a host became a household name after Vijay TV's Saravanan Meenakshi serial.
