Telangana Girl Found Dead In Delhi Hostel Room

NEW DELHI: A 26-year-old Telangana girl who is pursuing her medical post graduation in Delhi had committed suicide in her hostel room at Kasturba Gandhi hospital on Friday, November 29.

According to the reports, The woman is a second-year postgraduate student at the hospital. She committed suicide on Friday morning by injected herself with a syringe found in her room. The girl hails from Telangana.

In the one-page suicide note, the student, has not held anyone responsible for her death. In the letter, the student has apologised to her family for taking the extreme step.

The deceased's Family members told the police that the she was depressed over the death of her grandmother, who had died a few days ago and has taken this extreme step of committing sucide.

The Girl's family said that the student had also visited Telangana to see her ailing grandmother, who passed away on November 22.

Police has registered a case at Jama Masjid police station and started an inquiry into it, further details are awaited.
