7 Lakh Fine For Colleges That Held Classes During Dasara Holidays

HYDERABAD: Telangana Inter Board has imposed a huge fine of Rs. One lakh per day on 50 corporate colleges which violated the government rules and conducted the classes for students during the Dasara vacation.

According to the reports, Inter Board Secretary Syed Umar Jalil has taken this decision and issued notices to the  principals of those 50 corporate colleges who violated government regulations. The Board has given a deadline to pay the fine by November 2 an if they fail to pay the sum the colleges will be revoked. Some of the colleges are fined upto Rs. 7 lakh for conducting colleges 7 days during the vacation.

The colleges which held classes during Dasara holidays belongs to Sri Chaitanya and Narayana educational institutions.
