Minor Boy Goes Missing In Hyderabad’s Bahadurpura

Hyderabad: A minor boy went missing from his area in Asadbabanagar on Friday evening after he went to play outside. The boy, Syed Mehfoz Pasha, is studying in Class 8 and is a resident of Kishanbagh of Bahadurpura.

Police said that his mother Reshma Begun said that he went to play in the ground floor of his house on Friday evening but did not return later.

Reshma searched for him but when she could not trace him, she approached Bahadurpura police on Saturday.

Police registered a case and has launched a manhunt.

The incident comes close on the heels of a four-year-old boy kidnapping case in Andhra Pradesh. Jashith was kidnapped by unknown persons on July 22 in East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh, was reunited with his parents four days later.

The alleged kidnappers left the boy-Jashith on the road at Kutukuluru village early morning after which he was picked up and brought back home at Mandapeta, police said.

East Godavari district Superintendent of Police Adnan Nayeem personally handed over Jashith to his parents, who are bank officers in Mandapeta.

Locals found the boy and alerted the police who later took the kid to his parents. Jashith told police that the kidnappers fed him idli for two days and identified one of the kidnappers as Raju, who left him on a motorbike.
