Traffic Restrictions In Secunderabad For Ujjaini Mahankali Bonalu

Hyderabad/Secunderabad: In view of the Ujjaini Mahankali Bonalu Jatara, the police imposed traffic restrictions in Secunderabad from Sunday morning to Monday night.

Timings 4 am on July 21 to 10 pm on July 22

On July 21 from 4 am:

The road leading to Mahankali Temple from Tobacco Bazar Hill Street and General Bazar, Subash Road starting from Bata crossroads up to Ramgopalpet police station and the stretch leading to the temple from Advaiah crossroads and from General Bazaar, will be closed.

Traffic from Karbala Maidan will be diverted at Ranigunj towards Minister Road-Rasoolpura-CTO-SBH Crossroads-YMCA-St.John’s Rotary- Gopalapuram Lane- Railway Station.

The RTC buses from Secunderabad Railway Station towards Tank Bund will pass through Alpha Hotel Crossroad–Gandhi Crossroads- Sajjanlal Street–Ghansmandi–Bible House–Karbala Maidan.

Likewise, buses from Railway Station towards Tadban and Begumpet will pass Clock Tower–Patny, YMCA and SBH Crossroads. Traffic from Bible House will be diverted towards Sajjanlal Street and Hill street.

Officials said traffic from SBH towards RP Road and Paradise and from Clock Tower will be diverted and buses going towards the Secunderabad Railway Station from Hakimpet, Bowenpally, Balanagar and Ameerpet will be diverted towards Patny and SBH Crossroads.

On July 22 from 2 pm to 10 pm:

Road between Secunderabad Railway Station towards St Mary’s road will be closed for all vehicular traffic.

All buses towards Secunderabad Railway Station from Hakeempet, Bowenpally, Balanagar and Ameerpet will be terminated at Clock Tower and will return to their destinations on the same route i.e., via Patny and SBH X roads.
