Hyderabad: In a big respite to the Big Boss 3 Telugu show organisers, the Telangana High Court has issued directions not to arrest the organisers till the case hearing is complete, on Wednesday.

The High Court also directed the police to submit all the cases filed against the Big Boss 3 organisers and ordered them not to arrest the organisers and posted the case for hearing on Wednesday next week, which is the 24th of July. The program is scheduled to be aired on July 21st and the 15 contestants are yet to be finalised.

The Big Boss 3 show organisers had earlier filed a quash petition to dismiss the criminal cases filed in the Banajara Hills and Rayadurgam police stations against them.

Two FIRs were lodged on the reality show alleging that some of the organisers demanded casting couch, and another person filed a petition in the High Court against the Big Boss 3 organisers that the show was lewd and indecent. The petitioner said that the show should be censored before it is aired. He alleged that Big Boss show was also promoting an abusive behaviour pattern and also pitting contestants against each other to spread hatred .

This is the first time that the Big Boss 3 show has been mired in such a legal controversy and whether the program will 'take off' or be 'taken off' is something which we need to wait and see till the court delivers its opinion.

Meanwhile Savithri of Teen Maar fame has been finalised as one of the contestants which has again spread the word that show will go on.
