Can you Help This Telugu NRI Get Back On His Feet? 

Hyderabad: A passionate cyclist and Telugu NRI Srirama Murthy Koyyalamudi who's battling with his life after he met with an accident in Washington almost a month back, has appealed for monetary help.

Srirama Murthy, also known as Ram (48) met with the accident on June 21 on East Lincoln Highway in Caln Township in Washington and was rushed to a hospital. He was said to be in critical condition.

In an online fund-raising website 'Go Fund Me', his friends have appealed to help his family in such testing times. His wife, in addition to the expenses of medical surgeries is also managing paperwork, paper claims and also legal issues.

Ram had volunteered for many social service and has also been active with charity works. He loves running and had also completed multiple marathons and half-marathons across multiple states.

In a latest update on his health on July 4, a friend posted that he is recovering and has been put off the ventilator. He underwent five major surgeries and yesterday he had opened his eyes and is responding, although he can't talk yet.
