Jagtial Infant Gets New Leaser Of Life, Courtesy KTR

Hyderabad: A new-born child underwent a successful operation after TRS working president KT Rama Rao facilitated the financial process of helping the needy parents. The baby was discharged from the hospital on Tuesday.

The couple, Madhu and Sunitha Rani from Rangaraopet in Jagtial district had a baby boy on May 8.

The baby was born with closed large intestines and doctors suggested operation for it.

He was admitted in a private hospital and doctors said that the cost of the operation would costs upto Rs 5 lakh.

The parents took the help of social media to raise money. Several organizations came out to help the needy parents and they had raised Rs 1.5 lakh.

The parents then went to KTR's office and sought financial assistance. KTR provided the parents with Rs 2.5 lakh from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.

The operation was conducted successfully.
