Home Minister Mohd Mahmood Ali and Wakf Board Chairman Mohd Saleem with the online marriage certificates (e-Qazath) issued by the Wakf Board on Monday.

Hyderabad: Home Minister, Mohd Mahmood Ali inaugurated the e-Qazath, an online portal that digitalises and issues online marriage certificates to married people, on Monday. The Waqf Board Authorities have said that this will cut down the time taken for couples to apply for their marriage certificates, which will be of great help.

Mohd Mahmood Ali said that this service will help people of remote villages to attain their marriage certificates with ease. “ Apart from the many other online services and facilities, people can attain marriage certificates online as well from the Waqf Board offices located in Haj House, Nampally,” he said.

This was done after the Home minister laid the foundation stone for construction of a commercial complex ‘Princess Dura Shawar Technical Education Waqf Complex’ at Boggulkunta along with the Waqf Chairman Mohd Saleem and Prince Muffakham Jah, the grandson of seventh Nizam.
