Kodangal: Every individual in Telangana has a debt of Rs 60,000 on them, said Congress Chief Rahul Gandhi in Kondangal addressing a public meeting as part of the poll campaign. Before 2014 elections, people of Telangana expected a golden future but nothing has been done for their upliftment, he added.

Telangana state was established with Rs 17,000 crores budget in the exchequer now there a debt of 2 lakh crores because of KCR. The TRS government has redesigned the Kaleshwaram project which was earlier designed under the Congress rule. Rs 40,000 crores corruption is done by the TRS in the Kaleshwaram project. How many jobs has he granted to the youth? he questioned. KCR has spoiled the future of Telangana people, he added.

In Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha KCR has duly supported Modi, whenever the latter wanted, said Rahul Gandhi. TRS is not Telangana Rashtra Samithi it is Telangana Rahstriya Sangh Pariwar, he said. Rahul Gandhi said “I asked MPs from the TRS why they supported Modi in every bill, they said they have orders from KCR to do so." KCR’s goal is to make Modi as the PM again, he said, adding, Mahakutami was going to be in power and all the people’s aspirations will be fulfilled. Congress is going to get that golden Telangana which was dreamed by its people and all recruitment to the government post will be fulfilled by Congress, he said.
