Telangana Youth Dies In Saudi Police Station 

Hyderabad: A youth from Parigi in Vikarabad district has died under mysterious circumstances at a police station in Saudi Arabia on Monday. The news was suppressed by the Saudi police in their country but on Thursday they informed his parents who approached media seeking the government intervention in finding the real reason for the death.

The Saudi police informed the victim's parents who live in Ibrahimpur thanda that Srinivas (26) committed suicide by hanging himself while under their custody in a police station. Srinivas went to Saudi for a livelihood some three years back and was working as a driver on a school bus. He was arrested after his vehicle hit another vehicle and was kept in police custody last week.

The victim's parents alleged that the way the police spoke to them gives rise to doubts that they had killed Srinivas and were projecting it as suicide. They appealed the government to help them getting back his body. They also demanded that the death should be thoroughly investigated to find out the reasons behind the death.
