Bandi Sanjay Is The New Telangana BJP President

Hyderabad: BJP has appointed Karimnagar MP Bandi Sanjay as the new president of Telangana BJP on Wednesday. It is stated that this appointment comes into immediate effect.
He was elected as MP from Karimnagar parliamentary constituency in 2019 Lok Sabha elections by defeating TRS candidate Boinapally Vinodkumar.
The 48-year-leader has risen through the ranks and served in the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad, the student wing of the RSS.
Announcing the appointment, the party said Kumar will take charge with immediate effect. He succeeds K Laxman.
